Acute Lower Limb Ischemia in a Case of Ischemic and Valvular Heart Disease Patient: A Case Report

Abstract:
A female patient with valvular heart disease and atrial fibrillation presenting
with acute both lower limbs ischemia, had under gone successful embolectomy
through bi-femoral approach 16 hours after onset of symptoms. After operation
patient was recovered well and patient’s both lower limbs were saved. Patient
was discharged from hospital on 10th post operative day. Coronary artery bypass
graft & double valve replacement operation of same patient was done successfully
after two months of embolectomy.
